about booking
Room rates are quoted in € per person per day and include Tyrol gourmet board and all Tyrol inclusive services.
Plus local tax of €3.50 per person per day for guests aged 16 and over.
Discount for bookings with breakfast only: €10 per adult per day.
We kindly ask you to settle your room bill on the day before departure in cash, by debit card with PIN, or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard).

- Early bird booking up to 6 months before arrival: reservation of your desired room number
- Free cancellation/rebooking up to 1 month before arrival
- Up to 1 week before arrival 70% of the cancellation fee, in the last week 90% of the cancellation fee
- In case of early departure or late arrival, 90% of the cancellation fee will also be charged
- One-time rebooking possible up to 14 days before arrival (rebooking fee €150)
The children's prices listed apply to a minimum occupancy of 2 full-paying guests (adults). If there are fewer than 2 full-paying guests, the normal prices apply for children (0-17 years).
Please note: Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the VitalQuelle nude area. Families with children under the age of 15 can use the family and textile sauna in the “Haldensee” panoramic indoor pool area.
We rent the Margerite and Feuerlilie Type D double rooms for single occupancy.
Other room categories for single occupancy are available on request.
Dogs are only allowed on request and at a price of €19 per day without food (with their own basket or blanket). Dogs are not allowed in the dining room, atrium, or sunbathing lawn. You are welcome to bring your four-legged friend into the conservatory, onto the terrace, and into the bar area by the fireplace.
