Warm that relaxes the mind ….
..and stirs the metabolism. This does not mean it always has to be boiling hot. A relaxing herbal steam bath at 40 degrees pampers those keen on sport and also passionate walkers, both of whom enjoy the Finnish sauna at 90 degrees. It is best to try a different sort of treatment each day. Then you will get into top form!
